Del Alba

Del Alba provides a range of traditional, holistic services rooted in Indigenous healing and community care. From postpartum doula support to sobadas (traditional abdominal massage), herbal consultations, and custom plant medicine creations, all offerings are guided by traditional knowledge, deep listening, and a commitment to holding people through sacred transitions.

These services are available to all bodies, with care that centers and prioritizes Indigenous, Black, POC, LGBTQIA2S+, and other marginalized community members.

At this time, postpartum doula packages are the only services available for direct purchase on the website.All other offerings — including sobadas, herbal medicine, and ceremonial care — are offered on a suggested donation basis.
